Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Resync ("the Platform"). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on the Platform are digital goods, including but not limited to software license keys, digital access credentials, and downloadable tools. No physical goods are shipped or delivered. Due to the instant and intangible nature of digital products, special refund considerations apply as described below.
2. No Refund After License Activation
ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE A LICENSE KEY HAS BEEN DELIVERED OR ACTIVATED.
Once a license key has been delivered to your account, viewed, copied, or activated in any way, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:
- The product was not delivered (no license key was received)
- The license key provided is invalid and cannot be activated
3. Duplicate Purchase Policy
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the duplicate purchase. We may issue a refund or store credit for the duplicate order at our discretion, provided the second license key has not been activated or viewed. Duplicate purchases reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund.
4. Fraudulent Payment
If we determine that a purchase was made using fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment credentials, or unauthorized financial instruments, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access to the product and ban the associated account without issuing a refund. We cooperate with payment processors and law enforcement to investigate fraudulent transactions.
5. Chargeback Handling
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. In the event of a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- All active licenses associated with your account may be revoked
- You may be permanently banned from the Platform
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of losses through available legal channels
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication.
6. Exceptional Cases
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These may include:
- A product being permanently discontinued before the user could access it
- A significant and verified technical issue that prevents the product from functioning entirely, with no available resolution
Exceptional refund requests must be submitted to our support team with detailed information about the issue. All decisions are at the sole discretion of Resync and are final.
7. Crypto Payout Non-Reversible
All cryptocurrency payouts, including referral commissions and reseller balance withdrawals, are final and non-reversible once the transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain. This includes payouts in USDT, USDC, LTC, and any other supported cryptocurrency. It is your sole responsibility to provide a correct and valid wallet address.
8. Product Performance Disclaimer
Refunds will not be issued due to product detection, account bans in third-party games, software updates that affect functionality, or dissatisfaction with product performance. All products are provided "as-is" as stated in our Terms of Service.
9. Non-Refundable Scenarios
THE FOLLOWING SCENARIOS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
In addition to the conditions stated above, refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- Purchasing the wrong product — It is your responsibility to review the product description, features, and compatibility information before completing a purchase. Buying the wrong product or selecting the incorrect variant does not qualify for a refund.
- Change of mind — Deciding you no longer want or need the product after the purchase has been completed is not grounds for a refund. All sales are final once the license key has been delivered.
- Failure to follow product instructions — Each product comes with setup guides, usage instructions, or documentation. Refunds will not be granted if the product does not work as expected because the provided instructions were not followed correctly.
- Incompatibility with your system — It is your responsibility to verify that your system meets the minimum requirements listed on the product page before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues that were disclosed prior to purchase.
- Partial use or dissatisfaction — Using the product partially and then requesting a refund because it did not meet your personal expectations is not a valid reason for a refund.
- Account-related issues on third-party platforms — Any consequences resulting from the use of purchased products on third-party platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, or restrictions, are not eligible for refunds.
