Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resync ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any future modifications to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not comply.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any associated authentication methods. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. License Keys & Digital Access

All products sold on the Platform are digital in nature. Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key or digital access credential. License keys are non-transferable and intended for single-user use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys without authorization is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation without refund.

5. No Refund After Delivery

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once a license key has been delivered or activated. Refunds will not be issued after delivery unless the product was not delivered or the license key is invalid. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any product
• Share, redistribute, or resell license keys without authorization
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or limitations
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity including chargebacks

7. No Guarantee of Undetectability

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the undetectability, effectiveness, longevity, or performance of any software product sold through the Platform. Software tools may be detected, patched, or rendered inoperable by third-party anti-cheat systems, game updates, or other software changes at any time and without notice.

You acknowledge and accept that the use of game modification tools carries inherent risks. We explicitly disclaim all liability for any consequences arising from the use of products purchased on the Platform.

8. Third-Party Game Risk

The use of products purchased through the Platform may violate the terms of service of third-party games or platforms. You assume all risk associated with the use of our products in connection with third-party software. We are not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or penalties imposed by game publishers, platform operators, or any other third party. You use all products at your own risk.

9. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, chargeback disputes, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any purchased products may be revoked without refund.

10. Referral & Commission Policy

The Platform offers a referral program that allows registered users to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by referred users. Commission rates are determined by tiered referral thresholds and are subject to change at our sole discretion. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referrals, fake accounts, or artificial inflation of referral counts, will result in forfeiture of all earnings and account termination.

11. Payout Conditions

Payouts for referral commissions and reseller balances are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, or LTC) to wallet addresses provided by the user. The minimum payout threshold is $50.00 USD. Payout requests are subject to manual review and approval. We reserve the right to deny payout requests if fraudulent activity is suspected. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible once processed. We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESYNC AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resync and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit through the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
