Definitions:
- NFA Account: An account that already includes ARC Raiders and is fully set up, ready to play immediately.
Warranty Period: 3 hours
Within this 3-hour period, if the user encounters any of the following issues, the account will be replaced until a fully usable account is provided:
- Account is VAC banned, VAC Live or Overwatch
- Account does not match the description
- Account information is incorrect (wrong login details, wrong region, or wrong specifications compared to what was provided)
If you encounter any of the issues listed above, we will provide a replacement account. Please submit your request through our Discord server. We do not offer support via direct messages or any other channels
Disclaimer (No Warranty in the Following Cases):
- Transferring or trading items from the account’s inventory and triggering Steam Guard alerts that may notify the original owner
- Lack of knowledge about how to use the software or the game mechanics, resulting in VAC Live cooldowns after 5–30 minutes of use, and requesting a replacement
- Using the account for resale or any commercial purposes to generate additional profit
- Refusing to follow the provided instructions after purchase
